Gandhi College is managed by the Chandran Gramin Vikas Sansthan (CGVS) which is a non-profit society registered in India. CGVS has obtained FCRA approval from the Home ministry of India to receive funds from foreign institutions. CGVS and Gandhi College are supported by the Institute for Global Education, Equality of Opportunity, and Prosperity (IGEP) which is a non-profit 501-(c)-3, tax-exempt charitable organization registered in Maryland, USA, established specifically to help Gandhi College.
